Nine Lives & Festival Style

A time of year that we always seem to look forward to, the festival season makes our heart sing. From Bluesfest to Splendour, festivals held in Byron Bay have that extra spark of magic about them.

We always feel it's important to wear clothes that suit our souls, but when there's music, love, dancing and freedom involved, we feel all the more inspired to express our true style.

For us, it's all about the 1970s. When we throw together our festival looks, we seem to always be attracted to the same pieces - suede leather, paisley and vibrant, warm colours.

We got our first samples back for This Golden Romance in April this year and knew we wanted to début them at Bluesfest. We packed up our cars and headed down the coast to immerse ourselves in a new world for a few days.

Camping at the best of times is a whole lotta fun, but when you do it with a bunch of girls you really turn up the volume.

We laughed, we danced, we glitterfied our souls and lost our minds in the mud. Best of all we documented our three days - check out our dorky dance-filled video below!
