HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For Australian orders, $7 is the flat rate for registered shipping and $10 for express shipping. International orders range from $15-$20 depending on your location. Please visit our Delivery page for more information.

AN ITEM I LOVE IS SOLD OUT, DO YOU DO PRE-ORDERS?

On some occasions we may decide to re-order some sold out items. In order to ensure you can get the items you have your eye on before they are in stock, you may have the option to pre-order. 

If an item is available for pre-order, you will be able to see in the description and style name that it is a pre-order item.

To pre-order an item, you will need to add the available item to your cart as if you were placing a normal website order. You will then need to follow the checkout process as normal and pay for the item. As soon as the item is in stock we will post it out to you. Approximate receipt time of the stock will be mentioned on the product page. 

Please bear in mind that if you do place a pre order it will be treated as a normal order and the monies will be taken from your account when the order is placed. 
Note: not all items that go out of stock will be available for pre-order. 

WHERE DO YOU MAKE YOUR NEW ITEMS?

All Nine Lives Bazaar items are lovingly designed in Australia and brought to life in a small sewing house in Bali. 

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE?

After you have added all items to your basket please go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will see an option to enter a discount code/gift voucher which you can apply to receive the discount from the total. Please note, you are only able to use one discount code per order.
